Moving Day at the 23rd annual Barracuda Championship

Round three of the 23rd annual Barracuda Championship came to an end with Adam Schenk in the lead. If he holds his place tomorrow it would be his first PGA TOUR victory in 114 starts and continue the Barracuda Championship’s streak of first-time winners. The tournament currently has the TOUR’s longest active streak with the last five winners being first-timers.

Many of this year’s players are Barracuda Championship veterans. Four past champions are currently sitting in the top 20. Past champion Andrew Putnam is T2 and if he pulls off a win tomorrow would become the 13th player to record his first two PGA TOUR victories at the same event.

The smoke has started to clear at Tahoe Mountain Club’s Old Greenwood Golf Course with start times returning to their normal schedule of 8:05 a.m. tomorrow morning.
