The Nevada men’s basketball team has added an exhibition game against Dominican University on Nov. 1 at 7 p.m. to start its 2021-22 season.
Game admission will be free with open seating. Only the lower and upper bowls will be available to fans in attendance. Court-level seating will be closed for the exhibition. Per state of Nevada and university mandate, all attendees must wear a mask indoors, regardless of vaccination status. COVID protocols for regular-season games will be announced soon.
Fans may enter Lawlor Events Center through Gate 22 by the West Stadium Parking Complex. Doors will open at 6 p.m. Parking for the exhibition will be available on floors 3-6 of the West Stadium Parking Complex. ADA parking will be available on levels 1-2. Fans are asked to enter the complex through the 16th Street entrance. For patrons using ADA parking, a drop off will be set up on the first floor. Additional parking will be available in the surface lots north of Lawlor Events Center.
The contest will serve as the Wolf Pack’s warm-up ahead of its Nov. 9 season opener against Eastern Washington. Division I teams are allowed two exhibition games prior to its regular-season opener or one exhibition and a private scrimmage. Nevada is scheduled for a scrimmage against UC Davis.
The Wolf Pack was picked Wednesday to finish third in the Mountain West in the preseason media poll, with guard Grant Sherfield being named the preseason player of the year.
