The Mountain West Conference announced on Tuesday a new multi-year partnership with TicketSmarter.

The ticket retailer is an official partner and the exclusive secondary ticket provider for all conference championships.

The new partnership features exclusive pre-sale opportunities only available on TicketSmarter for select Mountain West championship events, including the annual football championship and men's and women's basketball championships in Las Vegas.

A limited number of all-session and single-game VIP tickets for the 2020 Mountain West basketball championships will be made available exclusively on TicketSmarter starting on Thursday, Jan. 30 and Friday, Jan. 31 prior to the regular on-sale.

The Mountain West Women's Basketball Tournament will kick off on March 1 and wrap up March 4 and the Men's Basketball Championship will be held March 4-7 both at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas.

“We are excited to welcome TicketSmarter as a member of the Mountain West corporate partnership family,” said Dan Butterly, senior associate commissioner for the Conference. “TicketSmarter will provide Mountain West fans access to tickets to Mountain West championships previously unavailable to the general public and provide an opportunity to resell tickets they do not plan to utilize. We look forward to the launch of ticket sales on TicketSmarter for the 2020 Mountain West Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships,” said Butterly.

“We are honored to enter into a relationship with the Mountain West and look forward to working with the Conference closely over the next several years,” said TicketSmarter CEO Jeff Goodman. “The partnership with the Mountain West is a continuation of our efforts to develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with collegiate conferences, teams and bowl games.”
