#5 Nevada blasts USC, improves to 8-0 on the season

For the first time this season, Nevada Basketball found itself trailing at halftime. After being down as much as seven points in the first half, the Pack hit consecutive threes in the final minutes to make it a 35-34 score, and kept the momentum going in an impressive second half to down USC, 73-61.

The #5 ranked Wolf Pack improved to 8-0 on the year, matching their best start in program history (2017-18).



Jordan Caroline led all scorers with 24 points and 11 rebounds. Nevada shot 40% from three led by Jazz Johnson who was 3-of-6 from distance.

Up next the Pack return to Los Angeles for a showdown with Arizona State at Staples Center. Tip is Friday night at 7 p.m.
