Nevada basketball's Jazz Johnson has been named Student-Athlete of the Month for January.
The junior guard, who is majoring in business and marketing, posted a 3.35 grade point average for the fall term.
Johnson hopes to begin his Master of Business Administration while still suiting up for the silver and blue his senior year.
Once he's done with school, the Lake Oswego, Oregon native hopes to continue playing basketball at the professional level and eventually work within a marketing of a professional sports team or shoe company.
It only makes sense that Johnson's GPA would be made up of threes because he leads Division I making 56.9 percent of his three-pointers.
In 10 games, Johnson has scored in double figures and netted a Pack career high 20 points in a win over Tulsa.
